These are general rules and guidelines for network Admin & Operators to act & take actions in the light of these guidlines. These rules also provide protection to users & channel owners against any abuse by netadmins & opers
OPERS Guidelines:
ADMINS Guidelines:
- General guidelines for opers are also for network admins, so all network admins should also follow Opers guidelines.
- Net Admins are not allowd to give themselves flags (QOP/SOP/AOP/VOP) over any other channels by using their powers. If any admin does these things will be considered as abuse of power , action can be taken in this regards by voting.
- Addition of a new Oper by any net admin over its server should be first consult with other net admins. If any netadmin have objection then voting can be done to solve this matter.
