DWSupport ZNC is intended for power users, supporters, developers, IRC operators, and community contributors who need stable, long-term ZNC hosting with full support and dual-stack (IPv4 + IPv6) access.

This tier provides enhanced features, greater flexibility, and prioritized assistance.

✅ Requirements

Before requesting a Support ZNC, you must:

• Be connected to irc.darkworld.network (SSL port 6697 preferred)
• Have your nickname registered with NickServ
• NOT use another ZNC, BNC, or IRCCloud for this request (real IP only)
• Have a valid reason or role (e.g., developer, IRCop, contributor, or request upgrade)
• Optionally be subscribed to our mailing list: Subscribe Here
• Read and agree to the Rules and Terms of Use

✉️ How to Request

1. Join #DWBouncers on irc.darkworld.network
2. Type the following command and include a reason or role: !support <username> <email> <reason or role>

Example:

!support fizdev fiz@irc.dev I run bots on 3 networks and need dual-stack with long-term support.

Note:

• Make your reason clear and honest. All requests are reviewed manually.

• Support ZNC is not a paid service — it’s provided as a recognition of trust or contribution.

⏳ What Happens Next

After you submit your request:

• Staff will review your reason and verify your account
• If approved, you will receive:
  • ZNC hostname (IPv4/IPv6 enabled)
  • Port and login credentials
  • WebAdmin access URL
  • You'll be notified directly via IRC (or optionally email)

📌 Keep Policy

Support ZNC accounts do not require manual !keep renewal. They remain active unless:

The user misuses the service

The user goes fully inactive for an extended time

Abuse or violation of terms is detected

🚫 Misuse Warning

Submitting fake reasons or impersonating others will lead to a ban

Sharing access or spamming will result in instant termination

Using another proxy/ZNC for request will be denied
