Request a DWFree ZNC

To request a free ZNC bouncer from DWBouncers, you must meet a few basic requirements and follow the correct format. We offer ZNC access to users from all IRC networks with support for both IPv4 and IPv6, backed by secure TLS encryption.

✅ Requirements

Before requesting a ZNC, you must:

  • Be connected to irc.darkworld.network (SSL port 6697 preferred)
  • Have your nickname registered with NickServ
  • Subscribe to our mailing list: Subscribe Here
  • NOT use another ZNC, BNC, or IRCCloud for this request (real IP only)
  • Not already have an active DWBouncers ZNC
  • Stay connected and idle during review
  • Read and agree to the DWBouncers:Acceptable Use Policy and DWBouncers:Inactive Policy

✉️ How to Request

  1. Join #DWBouncers on irc.darkworld.network.
  2. Type the following command: !request <username> <email>

Example: !request abc abc@example.com

Note:

  • Use a real and valid email if you want recovery support.
  • You will receive your credentials privately once approved.

⏳ After Submitting

  • Stay connected to IRC — disconnected or idle users may be skipped.
  • Our team will review your request manually.
  • Approved users will receive:
    • ZNC host & port
    • Username and password
    • WebAdmin URL

🔐 Keep Policy

To keep your ZNC active:

  • You MUST type !keep in #DWBouncers at least once every 2 weeks
  • Inactive users will have their ZNC removed without notice

⚠️ Warning

  • Using a VPN, another bouncer, or IRCCloud to request will result in instant denial
  • Spamming, multiple requests, or abuse will get you banned from the service

💬 Need Help?

  • Join #DWBouncers on irc.darkworld.network ask for help DWBouncers Staff will respond.
  • To check DWBouncers staff type !admins

Request Vhost

  • VHosts (virtual hosts) allow your IRC hostname to appear as something custom or cloaked, instead of revealing your real IP or generic ISP host.
  • DWBouncers provides Vhosts to eligible DWFree ZNC users based on availability and approval.
