Please include as much information as possible when reporting abuse:
- Nickname(s)
- Channel
- Date and time (UTC preferred)
- Server
- Relevant logs
- Screenshots (if available)
Providing complete information helps us investigate your report more efficiently.
Network Staff
The DarkWorld IRC staff consists of volunteers who donate their time to maintain the network and assist users.
Please be respectful when requesting assistance.
Security
Never share your NickServ password or account credentials with anyone.
DarkWorld staff will never ask for your password.
Response Times
Support requests are typically answered:
- IRC: usually within a few minutes if staff are available.
- Email: generally within 24–72 hours.
