🧑💼 Network Admins
Network Admins (NetAdmins) are responsible for the technical infrastructure of DarkWorld IRC. They manage servers, services, global bans, and network-wide policy.

⚙️ Responsibilities
- Server deployment, updates, and monitoring - SSL/TLS certificate management - Global bans (G-lines) and network security - Setting network policy (with IRCop input) - Handling escalations from IRCops - Liaising with hosting providers
📞 When to Contact a NetAdmin
Contact NetAdmins for: - Persistent network issues (routing, lag, netsplits) - Ban appeals after IRCop review - Security vulnerability reports - Requests for server exceptions (e.g., higher connection limits)
- Do not** contact NetAdmins for:
- Simple channel or nickname disputes (ask IRCops first) - Bot requests (see DWBots)
